Made a mistake, need help...

'07 F250 superduty. I was running new wires to the front doors, trying to keep everything going thru the factory connection at the door jamb. I've had success in the past drilling thru the factory plugs in the blank(no pin connection) sections. Must have damaged something this time cause the power mirrors now do not work. Everything else(door locks, windows, keyless) works fine. I can see the back side of the door-side male plug and the drill hole is nowhere close to any wires. The truck side female end is buried behind the emergency brake and is almost impossible to get at. I must have nicked a wire in this side, I just can't tell. Any ideas on how to locate the problem, or where I can get a replacement plug or a decent diagram??

Autozone has really good diagrams for the later models, but they only go to 2005 or 2006. You could try plugging in a 2005 and see if the wiring diagrams and fuse layout is close enough to work for your truck.
