Go to autozone's website and plug in a 89. Look under "vehicle repair guides", "chassis electrical" and then look to the lower left and click on "wiring diagrams". I know they have the diesel tranny diagram, I remember seeing it in there. The year may be a little different, but it's the stand alone controller so it should be the same.
