4x4 Wont work
I have a 2003 F350 with the 6.0L. I engage the 4wheel drive and it doesnt turn the front wheels over. I know the transfer case IS engaging but its not turning the front wheels...Whats wrong?

Dumb question but are you engaging the 4WD while moving or sitting still?

I have tried it both ways...and still the front tires wont spin over

if you have a vacuum leak vents default to defrost if so try the vacuum 4x4 solenoid passenger fender white cap two bolts

So if I can blow A/C through my front vents, then Im good on the vacuum leak right?

possible leak im not a pro at this just trying to help we have 4 trucks and that was the fix on 3 of them

my truck has auto and manul hubs. i can always turn them in manually if auto dont work [vacum pump]. you probably just needs to grease the hubs.

hmmm I guess I will try that. I havent tried switching the hubs from "auto" to "lock"...

check the vacum lines from vacum pump to each side hub for damage. and truck does need to move for the hub to lock in [with the vacum pump]. remember that if your suck and need to light it up to get out[ go easy till it locks in] then light em up. make shure the hubs are turned the same both auto or both lock

There is a module on passenger side fender, had same problem and changed no problem. Service manager gave me a heads up and he was right, may have part # it makes a vacumn I guess.
