Fuel Pump

Hi everyone... I have a 2005 Expedition 5.4l.. Truck wont start... it cranks over but nothing.. I dont hear a whine from the fuel pump... so after checking the fuses ... My buddie and I pulled the tank down... pulled the fuel pump.... and jumped it and it works... then we checked the fuel shut off button for power... boy that is a nightmare to get too.. and there isnt any power going to it... Any ideas?

were would that be... on the right front passenger fuse pannel?

Not sure where it is on the 2005. It should be listed in the owners manual.

Often you will find a similar relay for a different circuit that you can swap in for testing right in the fuse panel.
