Stock torque converters
And what about from the commonly transplanted big car drivetrains (many of us have these in our trucks and don't even know it)?
Any info you have would help me out, thanks, AleX
I know from Chevy, and it seems to apply ok with Ford is that they had only 1 or 2 "some may have 3" torque convertors for any given motor, and they would just pick the best one based on vehicle weight.
Big cars and trucks see to use the same one or one so close it would be practically impossable to notice.
Myself I like a 2200-2500 rpm stall to get the most out of a motor, and still beable to cruise the hwys just fine.
