what kind of matierial do you want to use?
wood, fiberglass, ect
making a full on dash without a template would be very time consuming.
you may also consider customizing a stock dash, not sure what look your going for but maybe an upholstery person could give you an idea, or maybe you want smooth fiberglass, folks who do car audio and custom setups are familiar with making fiberglass moldings, if you have some ideas of what direction you are going, it may helps folks here in knowing where to steer you.
