One screw in the arm rest recess, one by the A pillar. Sometimes there are screws along the bottom of the panel.
Next, you have to pop the plastic panel rivets out by pulling out on the bottom of the panel, then up each side. 99.9% of the time you will ruin all of them. They are cheap and they sell them at most autopart stores.
Don't pull out on the top by the window track. Once the rivets are lose, you have to simultaniously pull out on the panel while fishing the door handle out, and lifting up to clear the window felt clips.
It's kinda a balancing act, but it's pretty easy once you do it. Hope that helps.
