Camshaft Diameter

Does anyone know to diameter of the camshaft in our motors. I'm doing a project for a engineering design class and that would help me out. If someone has a diagram or cad drawing that would help a lot too. Even just a mic. measurement from an old cam would work.

No one has an old/spare cam they can measure for me? Or maybe somewhere to look or call to get the info I need?

I have an old cam out in the shop. Are you just wanting the diameter at the bearings or what?

I need the diameter of the shaft itself. Like between lobes. I would think it would be the smallest part of the camshaft. The raw metal part.
