I know that is all just opinions, and everyone has one, but which pads are better for these trucks.
EBC yellow stuff or Hawk Lts
I am leaning towards the hawk, based on previous experiences with them, but i hear alot of good things about ebc. also the cost of one over the other does not make the decision for me.
My Explorer was fitted with Napa's Ceramix pads and I was very happy with their performance. No detectable squeal like some ceramics and they little bit dust they spit, that stuck, was very easy to clean off.
I have heard good things about both Hawk and EBC, so it's likely that it's just a 6 / one half dozen kind of situation. Both should be above average!
Let us know what you go with, mainly because I'm due for new rotors and pads here soon thanks to the crappy OEM rotors that like to warp.
