Another break in thread...
So another SOB tried to break into my truck. I am putting up cameras and I want to replace my handles with rear sets. Since almost any f250 key can get into my our trucks I figured this would be the best route to take. Has anyone replaced their front door handles with rears? Any issues or are they straight replacements? thanks guys!

I saw those options, but I'm not sure I like the idea of body damage. I think I would rather have to replace door handles at $25 a pop than fix the body below the handle. I dont have ANYTHING in my truck anymore since last break in. All I have in my truck now is oil, diesel treat, and a jack. I even took out my registration and insurance info its all on my iphone now. These trucks are too easy to break into! I can walk up to any F250 with my keys and just help myself

i have read where if you put the + leg of 120v ac cord to the truck and the safety ground on a metal screen ground in front of the door that if you touch the truck it well shock you. dont know if it works or if it is legal to do. but to me if it did work they deserved it.

I am not really concerned about it, I have 3 key fobs. I have never had one die on me and really they last "forever". I just have to replace the batteries on them every couple years I guess. Can anyone tell me for sure if the rear handle fit up front?????? I need to oreder them asap.

I know they're expensive but a set of these and a set of the Jimmi' Jammers would probably do the trick.

fair enough....guess you figure it wont happen again! The last time was a broken window So at least this is cheaper. A new video surveilance system is going up this weekend too...if it happens again I'm not calling the cops!
