Think of it as a mass quantity of cholesterol offset by a hyper abundance of "ROUGHAGE". Tasty as all hell tho

My Brother in San Diego cooks up Chitlins from time to time - but he feeds it to his Pit Bulls...
(Remind me about this later - there is an interesting story back of it)
Did you know that both Scotch Broth and Pepper Pot (once popular Campbells soups) bear a passing resemblance to Menudo? It takes a man who reads the fine print on cans of things he likes to uncover such information
