Maybe check CL out that way or something would be another thought. Yes they can be expensive. We used to have a 24' enclosed car hauler a few years ago and got a heck of a deal on it cause it had some storm damage but nothing serious. Sold that though.

Can't help you out on the trailer Tom, but if you run across a goosneck one remember I have that goosneck ball that should pin right into your fifth wheel rails you can use.
