Afternoon guys!!! Hope eveeryone is having a good day!
I just finished getting the car all washed up so both vehicles are clean again at least for a little while! We are getting ready to head up to the in-laws so I will catch you guys later!
Hey Cory I think I could haul a couple cars on there! haha Only two hours till the refund is here! Good luck!
WTF is going on with the powers that be of FTE? Anybody see the dumb a$$ comment from IB Tim on our club thread? I am surprised that he didn't lock that thread too. Unless I misunderstand what his intent was?

I would guess advertising without FTE's acceptance would be called spam, or site trolling. I understand why the other thread was closed. Become an FTE Vendor=problem solved.
EDIT: I'm not choosing sides, just calling it how I see it.
EDIT #2: Just read the other thread. Now I'll just show myself the door, and come back later.
Figured this would be a good place to introduce myself. Found this site a few days ago, and just found this MN chapter. Two years ago I drug a '76 2wd F-150 out of a local junkyard. The body still seemed decent, and it ran (although poorly) so I figured she was worth saving.
How she looked when I brought her home:
What the junkyard owner told me, is that the original owner had brought it to him, because he had given up on trying to get the carb set right some 10+ years ago, and after sitting in a pole barn for some time, it was brought to the yard. He must have had some healthy cats in that barn, because I haven't found any evidence of critters in the thing.
Aesthetically, it really hasn't changed much, except for ditching the wire spoke hub caps, in favor of some stockers, and a tool box.
I'd love to give it a full restoration, but my pockets just aren't that deep right now, so she's just been a driving project for me. I've been having issues getting the carb right myself, so a couple weeks ago, I just decided to get a reman, but I've been having a hard time getting the parts store to get me a carb that doesn't have a bowl vent fitting hanging off the front.
I was referring to the closed ones. Not the club one.
I think the clarification of those others will need to happen away from FTE Havi. That's a good excuse to get you to a GTG this year.

Welcome to the MN chapter of FTE Sam. Nice truck you have there. I am sure someone here can help you get that carb figured out.
