check engine diagnosis

My check engine comes on now. Goes off every now and then. Its got a rough idle. the motor shakes when you slowly bring up the throttle. Im also getting extreme bad gas mileage. I have no clue what's going on. It has new spark plugs and wires.

302 5.0l efi. Higher idle it sounds smoother but still not totally right.

Thanks for the link. That really helps. I don't have a scanner but will try to pull codes without it
