hi guys. this will be my 02 F250 5.4 140XXX . i bought it in august of last year. so far no complaints. its a ford what can i say. amazing.

i plow with the truck and do the occasional hauling. i have a new bed for it lucky me it was free and same color. thats the first thing

What should i get for shocks.? this truck has the leafs in the front. I want some good heavy duty shocks. but dont want a stiff ride.. its time for some new ones.

im also getting some new tires. havent made a desision on what ones im getting.. any opinions? i want to stay with the stock rims. i want a good meaty tread but dont what it to sound like a uneven washing machine flying down the road

i did my front and rear diffs right before the winter , same with brakes. my oil is going to be changed in the next 2.000 miles.. What else should i be looking at to upgrade?


ALso.. its coming to that time where my muffler will go ting ting ting down the street.. What kind of exhaust would you recommend? I like loud. but will settle for a nice rumble. Basicaly im looking for this.. when i stomp on the pedal i want people to no im there.. lol..

im used to the 1992 7.3 dynomax exhaust on my older truck.. Love it

I have an 03 with a 5.4, currently I have a flowmaster 50 series which has a slight rumble but not much. If you are wanting loud I would say a 40 series is what you need. I kept my stock 3" single exhaust and just changed the muffler and put on a 4" chrome tip. The other thing you might consider is changing to a SPD Y pipe that gave me a better sounding exhaust and picked up some horsepower.
