I will check the voltage this morning when I go try to start it, who knows maybe I will get lucky and it will start right up...ha-ha. As a side note, yesterday after messing around with the dizzy and getting it started I took it on about a 200 mile round trip and it ran perfect the entire time. If I can just get past this starting when cold thing I will have it made.

Do you have a Single or Dual diaphragm vacuum advance. The Dual has an advance And retard diaphragm, my guess is if you have the Dual diaphragm, the retard is not working.

I think single just judging from the housing. I cant see that housing having more than one...but not sure.

The dual should have two "ridges" going around it. The single, one.

I believe mine looks like the single...but I would have to go out and look to be sure.
