Block Heater Cord

i recently broke off 2 prongs on my block heater cord,due to the cord i was using was to tight. when unpluging the block heater it pulled out the ground prong out of the block heater cord, and one of the power prongs broke off. i was wondering if any one could point me in the direction how to change one of these cord out for the block heater. its pertty cold here and i need to plug in my truck

I would go to a parts house and purchase an splice kit and just replace the end it would be much faster and cheaper. Just make sure the kit is water tight (like a well pump splice kit).
