If you have the mounts in the floor its real easy. If your 97 is like mine and wasn't optioned from the factory with the third row then you won't be able to. Apparently there were 2 different floor pans for the truck. I had a yard cut the floor pan out of an Expy with the 3rd row seat and will be welding it into my truck to get the mounts. Also the pass rear seat is different. It not only folds flat, but tilts up and forward to let people in and out of the 3rd row area.
