looking for 04 center cap

Hi all, my dads f150 decided to launch a center cap on the garden state parkway, part # 4L14-1A096-BA-09402....anybody have one in good shape ? Sorry if this thread is misplaced, I'm from the super duty section trying to help dad, thanks Mike in Jersey

I'd check a rim shop or a junkyard. I've seen both selling stock rims from wrecks or people replacing the stock rims.
