Cleaning a headliner can be tricky,I suggest you call the people that did the work,and ask them what they used.Otherwise you can get some "Simple Green" cleaner at almost any grocery store,or A/P place.
I would use it spairingly,and dont apply alot of pressure.
I would use the oxy clean spray. That took stuff off my seats really good
Im sure its fine on seats,but seats are much more "sturdy" than headliner material.If there is too much solution,or pressure used it will pretty much destroy a headliner.
