Outer Axle Seal problems

I have a 99 F350 7.3 with the auto locking hubs. I replaced all the orings and the outer axle seal on both sides so the wheel knuckle will hold vacuum for the hubs to work. So I put the front end back together and tested the auto locking hubs and they are working great. It worked great for about 50 miles (of four wheel drive miles) and lost my four wheel drive. I went under to take a look, and the right side outer axle seal blew out or ripped. So I replaced the seal again and everything is working great again untill about another 50 miles of 4 wheel drive, the left side axle seal ripped. Is there any ideas of why they are blowing out?

Stroker: I am going to say this to give you a bump.

The seal in the axle housing, is only a dirt seal.

No the seal in the wheel knuckle the one that has to be pressed in. Not the dust cover.

Are you seating them correctly? The seal is easy to mess up when pressing into the hub housing. It is also easy to mess up the seal when installing the axle.
