electrical issues

Have been experiencing strange electrical problems my interior lights will flicker there is a singing noise inside the vehicle coming from the dash and there is a clicking noise that sounds like a relay turning on and off window motors will not work and the door locks, this is all intermittent IV been searching and IV found that sometimes the windshield leaks but myne is not leaking from what I can visiualy see I'm thinking that maby the fuse pannel is shorting out not sure but any advise? Thanks!

Chafed wire in the steering column?

I would physically look at the back of the fuse panel to rule out corrosion. Also look at the wires in the column like JH recommended. Here is the thread for that. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...uestion-3.html
