Axle pivot bushing keeps popping out

Just had my 2.5 lift kit put on by some "pros" and the driver side pivot bushing is some what out but not moving around. Looks like they took a flat head screwdriver and hammer and bent up one end of the bushing to keep it in. Looks like s*h*i*t! And the camber bolt washer is hitting the u-joint when the 4x4 is on. Will the u-joint is hit a piece of the washer and it looks like it will stop after the u-joint cuts it half.
Doesn't the washer need to be round for the camber to stay true?
The back bushing is good.
I went to Ford and got the pivot bushings and they call for one part number for both.
Is there two different bushings for this ( 96 F250 4x4 7.3 TTB) or the "PROS" just bent it and it will not sit in there right? The truck rides good but I don't like what they did. Has anyone had this happen?

If you are talking about the center bushings on twin traction beams and the center joint of the passenger axle they may have the washer installed in the wrong side. I dont think the bolt will actually go in backwards. I just did mine and there is very little clearance between the head of the bolt and the inner joint but it does not touch. Again, if they are the bushings you are talking about, they are not a real tight press fit but if they are damaged on the ends my guess would be that they had trouble getting them to line up when they were trying to re-install them into the frame and used pry bars, but that really shouldnt hurt them unless they are extremly bent.

Need pics!!!!!

If anything is bent they hosed it up. The pivot bushings are very straightforward on the R&R. Did they install a drop bracket? I'd like to see those Ford part numbers. All the d50 pivot bushings are the same save the very late build 97 rigs.

The part # is E1TZ 3B177 A I don't have the little bags but I think this invoice I have here is the one for the bushings and the drop brackets are on too.

I wouldn't have wasted my time getting new Ford bushing.. Energy suspension has poly bushings for that, which is much better than the rubber bushings are. Just my .02

X2! Thats what I did. But the jury is still out on durability. I don't anticipate any issues but I do keep an eye on it.

It was hard not to get the Ford bushing after the old went around 271,000 on them. I looked at different ones but I just with what I seen in the old one.
