bad death wobble

My truck has bad death wobble its a 95 f 250 4x4 but has a dana 60 straight axle off an 88 f 350 4x4 also the truck has alift kit on it 6 inches of lift.if I hit a bump or sunken man hole cover I get the death wobble. I hit a bunch of small pot holes in the road today driving home and got death wobble so bad I had to hit the brakes and stop the truck in the center of the road.the jerk kid in back of me in a little Honda flew around me and just about hit me as he gave me the finger and floored his car around me ugh. anyway this has been going on for a while now. I put the stock tires on all 4 tires been balanced and a front end alignment done and I still get death wobble so i put my 35" tires on still get the death wobble so its not the tires what is making it does this?. what should I check next this is driving me nuts it really is its really dangerous. I put a stabilizer on and it still did the death wobble did nothing to stop it at all. anyone?

Try dual steering stabilizers. Put the sway bar on and also make sure you still have the trac bar on to. You can also get a drop bracket for that trac bar. That should help out alot

Trac bar would help with side to side axle movement, new tie rods would stiffen everything up. I used to get it bad and I put dual skyjacker stabilizers on and it did the trick.

Wow. I put a single stabilizer on my 94 with a dana 60 and it settled it right down. It did have a new tie rod though. I'd try that, just make sure the kit comes with the polyurethane bushing that keeps the rod from "rolling" on the ball joints. This rolling allows a lot of the play in the steering and is largely responsible for this death wobble effect.
