Theres nothing in the front at all. I have a fifth wheel hitch in
the bed. It off in the front by 6 inches I have measured it in many different. Places that are level. What else would I need for the 6in leaf springs. From what I read on the instructions. It said nothing else.

You can't go by the height difference between front and rear wheelwells. Measure the distance from the top of your wheel to the inside of your wheel well, front and back, that difference would be more accurate. Basically most guys go with the 2.5" leveling kit sold many places. You raise your front end 6 inches it will look goofy, and you will have all kinds of suspension and steering problems that will need to be addressed.

My truck looked just like yours after I added a leaf to the rear and F350 blocks. I just put a leveling kit in the front and it is almost perfect. Ended up with the add-a-leaf pack. Not just one leaf but a stack of 2 or 3 starting from short to long. Fairly simple install. I think I did skyjacker? but can't remember.

Pinion angle need adjusted most likely, shocks too short, drop pitman arm for steering, drop bracket for track bar or adjustable track bar, all new springs (no add a leaf will give you 6") and you will need a front end alignment. Don't think you need 6". Try to detemine what previous owner has done in rearend. It looks like an f350 spacer under the springs. Try replacing with an f250 spacer. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will chime in.

Its a 4inch block in the back and a 2inch bed lift it was done because the 5th wheel hitch in the back. Would it be cheaper to go back with a 2inch block in the rear than do a 6inch lift

Do believe that block is a f350 block. Find a f250 block and I think you will lose 2 inches in the back, maybe just one, not sure. If it's not to much trouble I would ditch that body lift, unless you are planning on using that fifth wheel hitch. To answer your question, yes a 2inch lift block, or anything smaller than what you have now would be substantially cheaper than a 6" lift. MUCH easier to install, maybe an hour per side.

I have a 2 1/2" lift on my 99' F-250 and it sits about 1 1/2-2" higher in the back.I like the way it looks. If you make it perfectly level when you put a load on it will be lower in the back than the front and look crappy. Most of the 99' F-250's came with the 4" [F-350 blocks] rear blocks [newer ones came with 2" blocks]until people complained that the back was to high to load things into.

I just put a 2inch leveling kit on my 01 F350 and as advertised on the 350...back sits 3/4 to 1 inch higher in the back than the front. Looks perfect!

I don't think you really have a bed lift if there is no body lift on the cab or front clip. If so, your bed would be higher and the body lines wouldn't match up. Your best bet would probably be to go with shorter blocks in the rear.

I think those spacers are for the 5th wheel set up to keep from buckling the floor of the bed when its bolted down .Their not there for a body lift.
