Can anyone help with torque specs?

I need torque specs for connecting rod/rod bearing caps? Please!!!

I know I need a manual, and as soon as I can afford one I will get one. I have tried and tried to find info online with no results for the 300. I am waiting on getting the torque specs to put them back in today so please I beg if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Ty

60-70 lbs/ft for the main bearing bolts. 40-45 lbs/ft for the connecting rod nuts. Specs are the same in the 73 and 91 factory service manuals if that matters. You didn't say the year. Figured I would check both since I have both
