As you may guess from my username....I'm not new to the V-10 scene...though my previous was 8 liters and probably sounded quite different from my current (as of tomorrow) ride.
Barring any total screw ups....I take delivery of my new-to-me 2004 F-350 4x4 XLT, V10, with 38K miles, factory 430 gears, Doug Thorley long tube headers, MileMarker 12000lb. Already has a few things done to it...there's plenty left for me to do. I'm a BRAND new Ford guy...always been a Dodge man, so I know I have alot to learn!!! I've been soaking up information for the past week...I look forward to learning more, and adding my 2 cents and bruised knuckles. LOL!
Last year I had to sell my 07 Ram CTD that was big and bad....it was my dream truck, but I couldn't borrow money from family to pay for certain legal issues while I had a nice big truck in the driveway. So I sold it.
I'm back in a BAT (Big A$$ Truck) and couldn't be happier!! I've got everything ready for tomorrow...all the paperwork, check, insurance....hopefully a ride out there. I'll try to attach a pic:
