Front spring heights?
Was there a difference in f150 springs between the FE motors and the SBF/6's? I'm building a 1966 f100 on top of a 1976 f150 360 4sp 4x4 chassis and I want to level it by raising the front end. I have a 300 and a 351w that could be used but really don't want to swap out the 360 unless it'll level it out. Currently it has a light flatbed on it that weighs a little less (280ish?) than the old box and no rear bumper. I took an old dealer installed 3/16" thick rear bumper off an international 1100 and put it on the front of the chassis, its heavy. Do any lift manufacturers still make front springs for these trucks?
