Adding Sync?

Got me a job 3 2008.. Is it possible to add sync to it? I assume sync was started in 09 models?
And by possible I mean relatively easy and cost effective!

don't know but I have everything that i think sync does with my Aftermarket Kenwood DNX 6960.

Sirus/bluetooth/nav/DVD/IPOD
