Anyone ever used the bronco graveyard shocks? Are they any good?

Ya think them BDS's might help with my bouncing F350.

I have been looking at the Bilstein 5100's you mentioned and I have to ask for some details about valving. some shocks are sold haveing 270/70 valving etc etc. I think I know what valving is but what do the numbers mean 270 compression and 70 rebound valving? And the numbers me what?
