replacing bent valve need help
i have a 1982 f100 with a 302 in it, i bent 3 push rods, and 1 valve and theres a locked up lifter, i have everything out and ready to be replaced, i kno how to replace everything but dont know which valve is the exhaust and intake, i only bent one and was hoping to be able to just replace the one and not have to buy a set, can anyone help me with this and tell me where i could get the one valve its self
