Problem with moonroof

2011 F-350 Crew Cab with the moonroof. Today when I closed it, there was a pretty solid "pop" from the right hand side and the glass moved a little odd. I opened it and closed it again and the same thing. At first I was thinking the glass was catching on the sheet metal as the back of the moon roof was lifting up to create the seal. However I watched it close as I was outside the truck looking at the roof, and that definitely wasn't the case, plenty of clearance. I have pretty much decided it is something that is possibly binding in the mechanism itself, but I can't visually see what it could be. Anybody had this happen and know how to fix it? It's about an hour and a half round trip to my dealer, so I don't want to waste the time if it's an easy fix.
