front wheel bearings

Hello drive a 2005 Ford F150 with the 5.4 liter Triton maschiene. I changed the front wheel bearings as they were broken and I only have the rear-wheel drive. Now my question: what is the torque with which you have to tighten the axle nut for the wheel bearing dei?
Thanks in advance and I apologize for my bad English because I come from Germany. Daniel

Approximately 285 lb./ft should do it. I'm not sure how many N/M that converts to. If I remember correctly, spec is 275-300 lb./ft.

The wheel hub nut specification is 400 Nm / 296 lb-ft.
This should be the same for your '05.

I lived in the Stuttgart region for most of the time. However, I also live in Bavaria. I went to university in Munich and worked in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
