Internal or External Slave Cylinder?
I have a 95 (December 1994) F150 with a clutch problem. The clutch stays on the floor. I bought a new slave cylinder from NAPA and they told me it was external. The guys up at the shop tell me it's internal. Who is fooling around and who isn't?

If you have the "non-heavy duty" 5 speed (and I think you do), the slave cylinder is internal. PITA design, if you ask me. My 93 has had 2 replaced in 200,000 miles, but the 2nd was during a clutch replacement. The ZF used on the heavier trucks of those years had an external cylinder.

Internal or External Slave Cylinder?
I had the "clutch pedal stuck to the floor" problem on my 95. It wound up being the Master cylider not the slave. Just a thought before you tear everything apart.
