Ah just frustrated and blowing off steam....., have way to much money tied up in the truck to get rid of it now..I for sure have a working knowledge of the 6.0 motor, was gonna attempt one last think, which is the Crank Sensor, just trying to decide if i really want to do it or just send it to Ford...Have the sensor, just dont know if have the patience....
Your at the point of frustration, changing to a new set of tires won't help either. You need to know what you have and do not have. 48 volts at the FICM is not a sure thing it actually is working, or it could be you missed something simple.
Throwing parts at it is not justified. After having the high pressure system open you lay into the starter and do not quit, most make that mistake and think a normal crank should start the truck or they should notice the engine trying to fire. If this is your first time, it is scary.
A good Tech with the correct diagnostic tools is cheaper. You did all the labor intensive work, if you didn't make a mistake....
