rear cab mounts
still trying to get a reg cab on my highboy frame. I know you can drill out the cab to fit crossmember, but can cab be drilled to fit external cab mounts ? Hate to ask stupid questions but can't go to junk yards until about 2 more feet of snow up here in R.I melts! thanks

Yes the cab can. If you look at the bottom of the cab there are actually template holes made for the highboy cab mounts. Here is what it'll look like before you drill. I had to fix my rusted out cab mounts so that's why the underneath looks odd. You can see how rusted out it was. But, the cab is sitting where it should be so all I had to do was drill up through the cab. Then inside, I drilled out a larger hole like the original for a rubber cap. Than I just plugged the other hole.
