Fire!! 460 1987 E350
I had a small fire that melted vacuum lines. Rebuilt 4180C, had little leak from bowl and accel pump. Replaced most lines but runs rough until warm and in an instant runs great. Better than ever. I have a couple questions like, where do I connect a line to the tube thats going to the choke? I think its to heat the choke faster but am unsure. Also there is a white line that ran off the vcv and it says it goes to a E in the carb circle in the vac diagram. The small port under the bowl has a rubber cap on it. can I provide vacuum to the vcv from that small port next to the large port? Also a yellow colored line on the diagram runs to a S in the carb circle and goes to a fuel tank valve. What should I do with that? Any help would be great.

I know the emissions systems on these pretty well but I can never make sense of the diagrams. Is it a california model?
