Vibration
I have a 2002 7.3 PSD 4x4 with 200,000 miles. After 60mph, I pick up a rumble or vibration when the truck is going down hill or off power. If I give it gas it quits. If I let off throttle all the way it quits. It only does it when truck is not pulling hard or throttle is kind of 'neutral' Could this possibly be drive shaft imbalance or torque converter????

I would check the tires. It is possible that the fronts are going out of balance, when the rear is preloaded (i.e. you are hitting the gas) it takes a slight weight off the tires making the vibration less noticable. When you let off the gas and load the front, it will weight up the tire enough that it again will not be noticable.
