Wheel well liners?
Does anyone know if there were ever any made or available now? It would be nice to add some protection to the inner fenders and the front of the cab. I thought about using ones out of a 73-79 but they won't be near big enough I think.

I came up with two ideas from your asking this. You could either use sheet PVC found at Home Depot and mold them yourself, or you could have the steel inner fenders undercoated. Either would protect them.

Front wheel well liners were not offered for F100/350's until 1976.
These things are HUGE, will not fit inside fenders of any truck prior to 1973.

I think maybe I would use some new do it yourself bed liner. Or next take it to Line-x and have them do the bed protection on them.

I checked with Linex about the bottom of a underbed toolbox and they told me it would likely chip. They recommended a Rock guard or undercoat.

years ago my Dad made templates from cardboard, then constructed 'liners' from the templates using sheetmetal.

This was 30+ years ago, but they worked out fine as far as I remember. I like the PVC sheets that Broomfieldbum mentioned.
