hinge repairs
Hey guys, i own a 76 f250 highboy, im bringing it back to life she runs like a dream but has her details to repair. the door hinges are worn and tired, is there a kit or a recommended way to repair that ? i believe the are rivited on. do i remove those an ad new bushings or do i have to replace the whole assembly?

You can get hinge repair kits at most parts stores. Or if you prefer here is a link to some from Bronco graveyard. Pretty easy to replace and work great.

Ed . If you are talking about the upper and lower door hinges those are a bolt on application..The driver door gets pretty sloppy over the years. I have found that (at least on 78-79) that if you take a set of hinges off the pass side (which are in good shape cause they are seldom used) and turn them over, they are the same as the driver side.....can get a set off the pass side at any salvage yard for little of nothing....my 2 cents worth..
