DVD accessories

We just bought a 2010 Expedition with the DVD system... I know there should be 2 sets of headphones included, but is there a remote included as well?

We didn't get any of it and I need to know exactly what is included so I can go back and get it.

Based on a very quick scan of your owner's manual, it appears you should have a remote and wireless headset(s) IF you have the family entertainment DVD system.
