I'm new!
Hey guys! I just stumbled onto this site and I thought I'd say hi! I've got a 1986 F250 4x4 with a factory equipped 460, 4 speed, and 3:55 gears. It's got only 125,000 total miles and is a true pavement-pounder 
!!! I also have a 2000 F350 4x4 Crewcab with a V10. It looks like this is a fun place to chat!

We try to do what we can to help make this place useful but IMHO it's the individual
contributors who get most of the credit, there are some really knowledgeable people here.

I seriously like your '86! It's nice to see another one that is appreciated and taken care of. I had been after mine for literally 20 years, and in '10 I was finally able to get the owner to sell it to me! It's been gone through mechanically, just needs to be painted.

Thanks....it was a bit of work to get it that way, but seriously worth it. Especially given what a new truck with the same capability would cost. But the work never stops. I'm a tinkerer, so I'm always experimenting with something on it. Next projects are automatic headlights and swapping out the ammeter for a voltmeter in the factory dash.
