A friendly reminder...........Must Read

I just wanted to bring up a reminder that this forum is family friendly and certain languages and wordings are not permitted.

From the guidelines that we all agreed to when we joined FTE

2. Personal Conduct . Post language and material suitable for the home or office. Do not post foul language, racial epithets or sexually explicit content in any form. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.
As a refresher:

Ford Truck Enthusiasts - Discussion Forum Guidelines

There has been a rash of foul language and comments in posts as well as a few other comments that were not needed. The thing that makes this forum the best is the ability for a newbie to come in a post a question and feel comfortable and to not feel inferior by getting flamed. We were all there at one point,

The language in some of the posts is not what I would consider family friendly either. If you would not let a 10 year old read it then it does not belong in this forum.

Lets not mess us a really good thing that we have here,

Thanks

I like the last part of your post Jim. I have been on other forums and seen people post a question that has been asked before, and the older members just ream them for not searching through every single post. But not here! Love this place, it has become a part of my morning and evening ritual! lol

That really ticks me off too, I like having an environment where I can post a question and not need to worry about people getting offended that I didn’t search through the archives to find a prior answer, but rather get a friendly reply with a link to the thread. you never know when new information is available either, so going by an old thread isn’t always the best solution anyway....which is what we strive for here!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Ditto:

New things are going on every day and what worked good yesterday, may have a better/easier product/event going on today. I go throught many of the older threads and post mark them, but I am to Old to be remembering every little thing. I NEED the support of my Friends and Family. And if you will not be that (friends and family) to me.... well you know that the 'crud' comes out

Thank-you all

I know I have been a little "tough" on some recently.

Thanks for the reminder, Jim.
