Hey Guys!!
Hoping somebody can help me out...
Right now I have 265/75/16 tires on the stock wheels (steel w/ the chrome overlays)...can I go 305/70 on these wheels??
I know they will be somewhat taller, but I'm wondering about width wise...
Any advise woul be appreciated, Thanks!!
305 may be a bit wide for the stock rims. You should consult a tire shop about that, they may refuse to mount them. I've heard of a few that would not go wider than 285 on the stock rims.
Thanks for the replies...I had found a set of 305s on C/L at a decent price, which is why I was wondering...Didn't want to buy more problems!! Anyway, ended up going with the stock size from Pecker Boys after the sales guy worked some pricing "magic".
