I NEED A TACH!!!

fellas, i need a tach, i have the electronic sensor on the xfer case housing and i have the ip housing sensor, what are my options? Should i go with a JY stock one or is there an alternator based sensor band tach that i can buy? Any help appreciated. I know banks makes a diesel option tach but not sure how it runs!! help!!

60.79 the last I checked the dealer wanted 85.00 for the same.
A junk yard is a possibility but it might not be any better than the one you have already.

i dont have one, thats the problem, just the sensors, no wires, no spot in the cluster, nothing. So i need one like the autometer option, i think im going that route. I kind of answered my own question, just frustrated at its price. the autometer 2888, adapts to the alternator. think itll work?

thanks farmert, i appreciate you looking but i think m just going to get the autometer tach and throw it in the pillar. It'd look a lot neater and for my speedo i think honestly i am going to go with a GPS unit that can mount in place of the current one. It would be nice to have a speedo and have it not me my tom tom lmao. As for my year, it would be 9th gen, 92-96/97(SD)
