Holley 2 Barrel

Today I scored a used, but it good condition Holley 2 barrel for my 352.

I am pretty sure it is the 500cfm model. It has a manual choke, and what looks like a butchered Ford kick down lever.

What do you guys think about this carb vs the autolite carb?

there both easy to work on , never had a power valve problem with a ford carburetor though unlike a holley

Your right Autolites don't have blown PV problems like the Holley can at times, they just have built in PV problems, they don't have to blow, they always leak.

your right they will leak and so can holleys

I pulled the fuel bowl off this morning, and it has the jets. Not the metering plate like is a bit more common.

I have to see if it has the kick down lever on it. Becouse I plan to add a C6 this summer along with the cv swap.

Anyone got a good pic of a Ford kick down lever?
