If the carb is not running right you probably need to rebuild it with a good kit and clean
it well. The jets on a Holley carb are easy to change, you just have to remove the
fuel bowls and they are right in front of you. They can easily be removed with a
screwdriver that has a blade that will snugly fit the slots in the jets so you don't damage
then when removing them. I'm not sure if you really need to clean or replace the jets
on your carb, but really need to clean it and rebuid it. If you are looking for performance
you probably need a 4bbl carb on a 370 CI engine.
