aparently there is no accident cuz they get reports from the ins company via vin so i guess the accident wasnt reported or didnt happen...strange...

Yet the guy that has it now bought it from a salvage site with rear damage?

not sure my friend....if it looks good and the price is right go for it....makes u wonder what other cars have had issues but managed to slip through the cracks like this

Cant always trust carfax or similar services, my grandfather TOTALED a ford focus (it was amazing they could fix it) and it never showed up when we sold the car, I checked myself b/c I worried it would come up. The accident was reported too and the ins co paid for repairs.

Well I requested a refund on the carfax, I dont think its far.

I'm gona wait till he fixes it up so I can test drive it and comes back with a price before getting it.
