yup, strap caught up in front drive shaft and took your exhaust with it.
Thats small, try cutting out whole bed springs from a drive shaft, cannot use grinder or torches or the fabric will catch fire so you have to use side cuters or something that mechanicaly cuts the bed spring with no sparks.
This is he kinda stuff I've had to do. These are just examples, not the exact trucks that came into our shop.

Ratchet Strap fell through a hole in the bed and the crank end grabbed the exhaust and ripped it out.
I had one do that one time and put a small cut in my front fuel tank. Lucky it was a short one.
