Headers on a Quigley van

What are the most common headers to be used for vans and has anyone installed a pair on a Quigley? Are there any routing issues?

on my 5.4l I used 97-03 f-150 longtubes, but I think the longtubes will get interfere with the 4x4 and shorties will interfere with the cab.

I've been looking for the same thing for over a year with no luck. So, I decided to go with a new dual outlet muffler and have a custom catback system built using 3" aluminized pipe. My decision is based on the fact that the gain of headers doesn't outweigh the hassle of "making something fit."

I have a '99 Quigley V10 and put on some JBA shorty ceramic coated headers a few years ago. Bolted right up. a little tight on the right side but there is clearance. They have performed well, still look brand new. I'd put them on again if I had to. From headers back is a Banks Power Catback system.

Sadly this thread is just over 4 years old, no activity until now. Not sure what that says other than there's no interest or nothing to share from those who might have done this.

No, it did not seem to lose anything. Slight gain in power. However, I do have a AFE Magnum intake on there also. But I installed the headers even after the intake system was put on.
